Can I rent a unit at any time?
Yes. We offer convenient online rental available 24-hours per day 7-days per week.

Can I rent a unit any day of the month?
Yes. Rental months are the 1st day through the last day of the month. Eureka Mini Storage will automatically pro-rate your first month's rent.

Do you offer month to month rentals?
All of our rentals renew on the 1st day of each month. If you rent a unit during the month, your rent will be prorated for the remainder of that month. Your rental will automatically renew on the 1st day of each month and your rent will also be due on the 1st.

Can I pay my bill online?
Yes. We offer convenient online bill pay available 24-hours per day 7-days per week.

Do I need to have insurance when I rent a unit?
No; however, we do recommend that you get this protection. Eureka Mini Storage offers affordable storage protection that can be added to your monthly rent. Please see our insurance page HERE for information about storage insurance.

Do I need to provide a lock when I rent a unit?
Customers must provide their own lock. We recommend a disc lock for the greatest security.

What day will my rent be due?
All of our rents are due on or before the 1st day of the month.

Do I need to commit to a long-term stay?
We require a minimum of one full month. Our units are on a month-to-month basis. Your rental with us can be as long or a short as you need it to be.

Do you provide outdoor parking for RV, Boat, or Car storage?
Eureka Mini Storage offers outdoor parking for your RV, Boat, or Car within our access controlled, security fence. Please call 405-323-7313 for more information.

What are the payment terms?
Eureka Mini Storage wants to make your payment process as easy as possible. We offer the convenience of Recurring Billing, which will automatically charge your Mastercard®, Discover®, Visa®, or American Express® without additional fees.

Can I pay month-to-month?
Yes. Our rental agreements are month-to-month unless a move-in special requires a term length of stay.

How many days notice do I need to give before I move-out?
We require an email notice be provided by the 15th day of the month you will be vacating your unit. We do not prorate the last month. Please see your rental agreement in your account online or contact your manager for more details.
